Homemade Healthy Tartar Sauce
This tartar sauce is super easy to make and is extremely tasty. There is very little fat in this sauce, and makes a great compliment to any fish dinner!
Makes: Approx ½ cup (Perfect for 4)
Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp light mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp fat free sour cream
- 1 tbsp dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp dill relish
- 1 tsp ketchup
- 1 tsp dry parsley
- ½ lemon, juice
- Fresh Ground Pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Mix everything together in a small bowl.
2. Chill for 1 hr before serving.
3. Enjoy with any seafood meal, especially salmon.
