One of the biggest “tick”-off’s when outside, whether it is May’s black fly season, or September’s mosquito infestation, are bugs. And the stuff that you can buy at the store can smell and taste awful, let alone the chemical components that are in the products! Fear not, for I have a natural solution for you to try out. Not only does it not contain any harmful chemicals, it is super easy to make!
Makes: Enough for 1 spray bottle (approximately 5 cups)
Ingredients:
- 3 tbsp Garlic Oil
- ½ tsp Dishsoap
- 1 L water
- 1 spray bottle (Available at Dollar Store)
Directions:
#1 Simply mix all ingredients into a large bowl with a whisk.
#2 Once everything is mixed well, pour the mixture into spray bottle using a funnel.
#3 Once the sprayer is tightly secured, bring outside, apply to skin, and enjoy your bug-free bubble!

Superb blog! Do you have any tips for aspiring writers? I’m hoping to start my own blog soon but I’m a little lost on everything. Would you suggest starting with a free platform like WordPress or go for a paid option? There are so many options out there that I’m totally overwhelmed .. Any tips? Kudos!
This worked out for us and was easy to do with the step by steps – thanks!
Really neat!
Good post. I learn something totally new and challenging on sites I stumble upon every day.
It will always be helpful to read through content from other writers and use something from their websites.
