4+1 Rice Mixture
This rice mixture takes a little bit of extra work, but it is well worth it – Not only is it super healthy, but it looks and tastes great as a side to any meal!
Makes: 4 Servings
- ½ cup Quinoa
- ½ cup brown rice
- ¼ cup wild rice
- ½ cup bulgur
- ½ cup white rice
1. Mix mayonnaise, dijon mustard, lemon zest, and pepper together in a small bowl.
2. Chill for 1 hour.
3. Using brush, coat all sides of meat/fish with mix.
4. Once nice and sticky, dip into Panko/breadcrumbs.
5. Sprinkle BBQ/Poultry seasoning onto battered product.
